Refund Policy

alex2learn is a private learning community built to help members master AI, build automations, and grow their skills and businesses. The moment you join, you get full access to the curriculum, proprietary resources, weekly live calls, expert sessions, and a peer network. Because the value is delivered upfront, refunds are limited.
Monthly memberships
Monthly memberships are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of your current billing cycle.
Annual memberships
Annual memberships are eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of joining. After that 7-day window, annual memberships are non-refundable.
Refund review process
For eligible refund requests, the alex2learn team may ask for a little context to better understand your situation. That usually looks like:
- Why you joined and what you were trying to accomplish.
- How alex2learn fell short of helping you reach that goal.
Access revocation
If a refund is approved, your community access is removed immediately — including curriculum, calls, community spaces, and any private resources.

Our goal is to keep alex2learn fair, supportive, and high quality for every member. Refunds are limited, but every decision is made with the member experience and the integrity of the community in mind.
